Data and purposes
HYDE processes identity, contact, billing, licence, device, terminal, operational, support and security-log data to provide, secure and improve the service and meet legal obligations.
Providers and transfers
Payment, hosting, email and infrastructure providers process limited data under their own terms. HYDE does not store complete card details.
Retention and rights
Data is kept for service, security, dispute and legal retention periods. Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion at [email protected].
