Prepaid access
Monthly and annual periods are prepaid. Cancelling prevents future renewal but does not normally refund time already activated.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights, duplicate charges and verified technical non-delivery remain unaffected. Requests must be opened through Support with the payment reference.
Abuse and chargebacks
Refunds may revoke licences, coupons and affiliate commissions. Fraudulent chargebacks may suspend the account.

EU consumer withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. Any digital-content or digital-service exception requires the conditions and express consents prescribed by law. Checkout separately records the immediate-performance request and acknowledgement; mandatory rights remain unaffected. Final service classification and refund procedure require counsel review.
