HydeProtocol Software Service Agreement

1. Service
HydeProtocol provides access to software tools for account connection, monitoring, analytics and operational automation. The service is software only and does not provide investment, brokerage or financial advice.
2. Customer responsibility
The customer remains responsible for account credentials, trading decisions, compatible third-party services and compliance with the rules of brokers and proprietary trading firms.
3. Availability and risk
Software and market connectivity may be interrupted. Results are not guaranteed and past performance does not predict future results.
4. Licence
Each purchased Node slot may be active on one installation at a time. Sharing, resale and circumvention of technical limits are prohibited.
5. Payments
Prices, billing periods, renewals and any special commercial conditions are shown before purchase. Paid services remain active according to the applicable subscription status.
6. Support and termination
Support is provided through the HydeProtocol customer portal. Access may be suspended for abuse, non-payment or material breach.
